What specs am i looking for

I need a good 19' monitor for a good price. So what specs am i looking for. Some good, yet cheap. I'm using this monitor for a lot of gaming. So what's good as far as pixel pitch, display colors, response time, and contrast ratio, etc? Oh and i almost forgot the hardware i'm working with. I'm using a 8800 gts if that helps.

response time 7ms or under is good and contrast ratio the higher the better but 700:1 is pretty good to.

What about those Syncmaster things? I saw a 19" with 2ms response time, 3000:1 ratio, and, other stuff. At Best Buy. It was 200 bucks. USD.

But really, look at some Syncmasters.
