I don't know why so many people come here looking for help on cracking someone else's passwords. If you forgot your user name password, log on as the administrator and change it.

i know a way, but i dont think this is the place to post it, you might have a legitimate problem, but so many people could use it the wrong way

Uh, yeah. But is it ok if it is reported in Ian's spam thread? I'm asking because this isn't exactly spam.
i have tried the pasword hint but it is not working
This sounds mos ominous to me, forgetting the password is fine, but how can you rget the password hint??

Thats where you're wrong, there is an administrator account. You need to boot up into safe mode to access it however.

And if you know the specs on your computer, why did you make another thread asking if a computer called "BRIAN" was good or not?

log into safe mode and get into the administrator account in there and then you will be able to change your password in the control panel.

You don't have to be in safe mode to access the Administrator account, If you get a welcome screen just press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice then change the user name.

Don't ask for password cracking tools, And this is the wrong section for this thread.

Now that is supposed to be your user login, right? So, if you are the administrator, then as Shady suggested, press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice and change it to the Administrator account.
This is only applicable if you know the password for the administrator account. If not, bad luck, we're not helping you with it, because it is against the forum rules.
