When I boot my computer it says there are 2 copies of XP pro installed. I think its because when I first tried to install it, I turned the setup off. When I click the 2nd version it says theres a missing file. How can I delete the other os. I am also in the process of triple booting.

The easiest way, right-click my computer, properties, advanced tab, click settings under startup and recovery, choose the default operating system you want for bootup, and than click edit, and remove the single line of the operating system you don't want.

You can also try:
Start -> Run -> msconfig -> go to BOOT.INI -> Check all boot paths

Then you can remove "old" OS folder from the HDD.

yeah its not multiple partitions guys, its multiple entries in the boot.ini file. Delete the entry you don't want and it will no longer display that message.
