Hi all,new here.We start making a GTA kind of game. There are alerdy 9 of us,but we need more people, programmers and modelers.Anyone who helps, who gets in the team, will get 2%(I believe) from the money that the game will earn.We need someone with experience. And,a man good in Google Sketchup, that can create the streets.

Hi guys, I'm illiterate and I expect you to believe my small group of friends and I hold the programming skills required to develop a game comparable to one of the most successful franchises in the gaming industry.

I'm looking for assistance in this project, but I have very stringent requirements, seeing as it's such a difficult and lengthy task. This is why I'm posting on forums that I'm a complete stranger to.

If you don't want to help me in my obviously-destined-to-fail crap fest, then loooooooool, you must be scared from work!pls don't curse after this.Anyway...

He's got a point, though (and it made me laugh a little).

If this is gonna be a game like the original GTA/GTA2, then it'd sound more realistic... but I don't think that's the case (right?). The last thing I want is another over-violent game trying to stand out of the crowd of mostly crappy GTA clones.

@making a game - any students allowed in the team? what language will the game be programmed in? DX or OpenGL graphics?

Lol "making-a-game" has made two posts and both of them are heavily littered with spelling mistakes.

It makes you sound professional when you need to sound out your words..

Tuffie.

Hey i'll be a game tester and only ask for .5 percent of profit.. or less...
Don't you want a tester with an alienware? :p

If this is seriously a real project, I may test it, if not, I won't waste my time..
If you want me as a tester email travis30384@gmail or hotmail...

hey gta clones are sometimes fun like true crime: streets of L.A.... That was actually a fun game..

That game got bad reviews, but the gameplay was solid, not a LOT of glitches for the ps2, and it had elements gta does not have. You play the cop, frisk/arrest people and become good cop or bad cop. Nick Kang is sweet.
