Video Card Problems..

I'm having this video problem, and seems more obvious at first in the 2D game as shown below


But say in call of duty, it seems ok, sometimes jerky motions, but the main thing in COD, is every now and then everything accept my gun goes black and I have to keep moving around till everything re-appears..

But as you see in the picture, is that a hardware or software issue? It was working fine until the other day, then it started acting up.. Any Ideas, I'm frustrated...

Maybe heat issue.
If you have a PCI, PCIE, or AGP card, make sure the fan is working, make sure your computer is properly ventilated, make sure your clock isn't too high (If you didn't overclock it skip that step) and make sure there is nothing blocking the vents in the front, back, or side.

To be honest it looks like a saved "print screen" image that has been altered in "paint" ha

make sure u have the lastest drivers

Uninstall and reinstall your cards drivers - check the cards fan for dust in case its overheating - take the card out and reseat - replace the cable from the video card to the monitor.

This should really go in the 'Video Cards and Monitors' section but whatever.
