Overclocking Help

I'm quite new to overclocking and would appreciate a little step by step guide to ensure I do it correctly xD

Components :

Intel E6550 @ 2.33 ghz ( stock clock and stock cooling @ 2000RPM )
Crucial 2GB 667 RAM
ASrock 1333 DVI/H 1333 2.0 (Not great but can get some out of it.. apparently)
4 case fans running at 100%
Arctic Power 700W PSU with dual 12v rails 22 A each ( if this is necessary )

I was going to use Ntune but wasn't sure because the chipset is an intel chipset rather than an Nforce 4,5 etc

I'm only planning to overclock the CPU a bit because 2.33 ghz is kinda bottlenecking my 9600GT.

This is the Bios screen for the CPU.

Mine shows the CPU frequency as 333 and PCI frequency as 115 MHZ

Ask if you need any more Info : )

All you have to do is notch your FSB up in increments of 5mhz. After each, boot into windows and run a stability test such as HeavyLoad. Also monitor your temperatures using SpeenFan.

When you no longer boot/get BSOD/crash you know you have reached the limit AT THAT VOLTAGE. Now, you can either choose to up the voltage slightly and continue raising your FSB. Just watch your temperatures and you'll be fine.

I dont recommend using ntune, its a lot less stable than any bios tweaks, which is how I would do it if I were you.
