Are you viewing it on a smartphone when it happens? Chances are, it's the mobile version of the site and if you scroll around, you can find a link to view the original version.

    SATA disk to ATA motherboard?

Here you go. For about $5 more than the converter that may, or may not work, you could have a dedicated SATA controller card. You'll also need an adapter for your power supply though. One of these would suit you just fine.

    Bypassing password in Windows 2000

This site doesn't allow discussion of bypassing administrator passwords.

Need boot cd for xp home

If you're trying to use an OEM license from the previous PC that XP was installed on, on the new one, what you're doing is also against the EULA.

    Full RAM not detected.

Plus there wasn't much software support, or hardware support from manufacturers, for that matter. It really didn't catch on at all, and was quickly replaced by Windows Vista x64.

    request:windows server 2003iso

You can install 2008 without using a product key and have a trial version, IIRC.

    Coincidence or connected??

It could definitely be from malicious software. Is legacy USB support turned on in your BIOS? If not, you often won't get any response from the USB ports until the OS loads. Buy software, don't pirate it. :)

    urgent help

I doubt you'll get any help here with that goal in mind and it's probably against the site terms of service anyhow. The only thing I can suggest if you're hell bent on trying it, is to install an OS in a virtual environment and test on there, so you keep your current OS safe. Use something...

    iPodTouch?

There are already existing options designed with this exact scenario in mind. I can't imagine a hospital would want to constantly replace the iPod devices that get lost/stolen on a regular basis either, which they definitely would. As an aside, I'm not sure that an iPod would comply with...

    DV 1120US screen black

It should have a button that resembles a PC/monitor that you'd need to press the Fn key to activate. Hold the Fn key and press it repeatedly, and see if it brings the image up. My old HP laptop always gave me problems with not displaying anything on the screen. Does it work when attached to...

    Cheap TV as a monitor?

Yes it probably would, but pay particular attention to the maximum resolution. 1366 x 768 doesn't give you much usable space on the screen compared to many monitors out there. I have a 23" Acer monitor that has a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 and I know it could be had cheaper than that...

Athlon XP Overheating - no matter what!

Wow, that's high for idle temp. I have an old Athlon XP 3000+ that idles in the 40° C range, with a cheapo Ultra (Tigerdirect) brand HSF. I've seen it pushing 60° C under load though, so I did have to adjust my temperature settings in the BIOS, so it doesn't shut me down. That's on an old...

    Wifi being jammed

Have you tried changing channels on the wireless and seeing if you're able to connect? Chances are it's not someone actively jamming the signal, but something operating in the frequency and causing interference.

How can i get sentry parental controls off my computer?

Nope. Turn 18 and then you can have your dad take it off. Discussion of bypassing security software isn't permitted here, as it would be bypassing the administrator's settings. Talk to your dad about removing it, we won't help, sorry.

    windows server 2008 driver?

Server 2008 is based on the same kernel as 7. Try the 7 drivers, chances are they will work.
