I havent heard any beeps and no led problems that I can see. I was kinda leaning towards possibly having a bad card or powersupply before I came. So you reinforced those ideas for me. Now here poses a problem: I don't have my box. Is it possible to still get a new card?

Yeap. I doubt overclocking your CPU will have much of an affect at all. You vid card I would think would be having a pretty big bottleneck on your CPU.

You could always just open the side of the case if you're worried about case temps. That's what I've done. But yeah and just remember if you are OC'ing and you did what I did the first time by raising it way the hell to much of FSB and it won't boot take out the CMOS. Just watch temps, and...

I personally would just stick with your old P4 and then just use the money you were gonna spend on the celeron on uprading the processor or getting it earlier.
