A 7870 tahiti le is a LOT better than a 7850. A 7870 XT has a tahiti le processor (7950) on a 7870 pcb. Big difference from a 7850.. You'll be happy with the 7850 though. I wouldn't worry.

I would dump the 3570k in favor of a 6300 or an 8350, and then overclock it. For the card, I'd get a 7950 (you can find newegg deals on them every so often for < 300) or a 7870 XT/Tahiti Le.

Craigslist, like others have mentioned, works quite well. Although, I'd really recommend splitting up the parts and selling them online. The chances of selling the entire unit are slimmer than the chances of being able to sell most (if not all) of the parts over time.

As others are saying, I would go with a new GPU. But if you're planning on overhauling the rest of it eventually, don't go with a cheaper GPU, go with a more expensive one. The loop needs a new rad first... I might even make a new waterblock. I went with 1/4 inch channels. I'm somewhat regretting it. I might make a new one and shoot for 3/8 inch, which is pretty big for waterblock channels.
