Final update: looks like it got fixed! I went for the possible bad component search and removed the RAM memory. No error signal from the mobo and still in reboot cycle. I put them back in and...it remains stable :O strange piece of magic.

Next update: I replaced the battery but the PC still goes in reboot cycle :(
