Post A Pic Of Your Pc Here :)

Yeah I didn't have the bridge installed in the picture, but the other SSD is mounted on the wall towards the front of the case by the 24pin power connector on the motherboard.

Post A Pic Of Your Pc Here :)

Yeah my computer is super boring but it gets stuffed into a corner so I definitely didn't focus on aesthetics.

    CPU Pins

Yeah exactly, there isn't a simple positive and negative. There's a ton of circuits in a processor so get a multimeter and find one that's 10 ohms and above between two pins and use those.

    Connection not secure

Check the time and date on your computer. If it's off SSL and https aren't going to work.

    CPU Pins

If you are legitimately going to do this just keep in mind ohms law. A standard usb puts out 500maH so whatever pins your going to use, make sure the resistance is above 10ohms.

    1440 vs 4k

Honestly I would just stick with 1440 but it really just depends how much you want to spend. 4k is manageable nowadays but ideally you'd want two 980TI's in sli because of the 6gb vram and sheer horsepower needed for 4k. Couple that with the extra cost of a 4k monitor and the price-tag is...

GTA V Next Gen Release Date

Anyone else having problems with the game randomly crashing every few hours?

    A theoretical question

No. Most, if not all, of those extra features you will never need. Especially for gaming. For server grade hardware you are paying more for features used in a server environment which would not benefit gaming.

    Graphics card fan

It honestly sounds like you have too much crap running in the background. Have you done some house cleaning so you don't have useless junk running in the background?

    Graphics card fan

Yeah exactly. Passive coolers were designed to operate with limited air flow. That's why they are typically much larger than their counterparts with a fan. You can verify if what why are saying by temporarily placing a case fan onto the heat sink of the 6450. If your performance increases...

    Graphics card fan

Yeah 54c is nothing to worry about. Your card is not thermal throttling. Your intermittent slow down is being caused by something else.

    i7 4710HQ is 86 C too hot?

    Yeah, that would work fine.

    i7 4710HQ is 86 C too hot?

Yeah that's pretty toasty, but laptops generally run pretty warm. I would look into a cooling pad for gaming if you don't already have one. Something like this...

Whats my cheapest option, new build

Honestly, with what you said, you're not going to need much. Just go with an AMD APU, like the A10-6800k, and at least 8Gb of ram and you'll be fine.

About to buy water cooling supplies

Watercooling is actually pretty easy man. For whatever components you get make sure you get the appropriate threaded fitting. Pick one tubing size for your entire loop and buy fittings for that size tubing. The size of tubing that you pick really doesn't matter but I would recommend 3/8" ID...
