I am not sure what you mean by 'local account'. Both PCs have only one account each and they both have full admin rights.

I do switch off my pc every night as a matter of routine. What I meant to say was that I never needed to reboot (restart) my W7 pc to clear a problem. It's just that since using W10 I seem to be regularly having to reboot because of an issue, it does not seem to be as stable as W7.

Thanks, how do I create a new profile? It is not very obvious to me. I have gone to Settings, Accounts and then I don't know from there. If I go to Your email & Accounts my name comes up as Local Account Administrator. If i go to Sign-in options nothing happens.
