Thanks for the quick response... I figured it out. I uninstalled Avast for a couple of days and clicked on something I shouldn't have, which lead me to delete a few things I shouldn't have. Lesson learned keeps Avast always ON hehe. Thanks again!

Got it! I had to go into Microsoft Sercurity Essentials Settings and disable Real-time protection. Really appreciate your help, thanks a million!

Alright... just downloaded Avast and it's still occurring. Same message. It's weird b/c the ".exe" doesn't download but there's a few others that work, perfectly.
