I tried projecting but it says unable to because it cannot detect another monitor

I have tried updating the graphic drivers using drive easy and windows update but i still get error code 43.. could the problem be with the graphics ?

Hello, I am having a challenge to ascertain the problem with my dell lcd , Based on the photo attached , can anyone help if it is the lcd or the cable or just something to do with the graphics? Your time and help will be highly appreciated
