I am using Vivaldi Browser. But I have tried Opera, Mozilla and Chrome and get the same thing. I also noticed that logging off and back in fixes it for a bit but after a couple of days the same thing happens. I think it might be a Windows 10 issue.

Hi guys, I have this constant issue whereby my laptop is unable to play YouTubes and other videos. When I click on to a video it will hang and eventually play after a couple of minutes without sount. I have been solving it by restarting the Video Audio within services.msc It does fix it, but...
