i'm not much of a gaming wizz but i would start off by finding out which game has the highest requirements on the market and see what you need to get in order to play it without problems...then just build it up from there.

i agree with the guy from the previous post. it's most probably a problem with your motherboard, but on a personal note...make sure that the motherboard is screwed in properly and that none of the pins are touching the case from the bottom as it might be shorting out.

it could also be that you have a problem with the motherboard as that sometimes is a symptom of peripherals not functioning properly on the board. also check that you heatsink and cpu fan are clean as it helps.
