If you are able to find someone that will loan you thier disc, you will need to make sure that they have the exact same OS as you. A PRO key will not work with a Home disc. Same goes with a SP1 versus SP2. I know this first hand. The keys are specific to version of OS. Mako

from what I read about the MB, it appears to automatically disable onboard video when a card is installed. As long as you know the new card is good, I'd look into a more powerful power supply. Can you try the card on another computer? Mako
