yes, your computer is too slow, or you have too many things running, or you simply have a crappy internet connection or the other person have a crappy connection, one of those is the problem, i'd go for the connection

if it's a mac, that is probly the reason, coz some ppl at my work have issues with msn on their mac

stupid little error to do, which sometimes happends and piss you off, see too that you have selected to burn to DVD, not CD, when you use start smart, or smart start w/e

burn it to a cd... or mount it and see if you can choose when you hit f12 at startup, or you could do a net boot but i dont know how you set it up to that, some server stuff
