That CPU is pretty beefy. I think the issue might be with your graphics card. I would upgrade that and you should see a good performance upgrade. I would try that first before putting money into an entire build. If you upgrade to a newer graphics card and you do not get the performance you want...

If you open windows 10 and go to search and type "rearrange multiple displays" Do you see all your monitors set up the way you want and are you able to navigate within that screen?
