Personally I prefer AMD but I'm slowly turning to Intel...

I'm thinking of changing my processor from the Athlon 64 FX 55 socket 939 to a Intel P4-560 3.6GHz LGA775. In doing this I would also change my motherboard. Is this a good idea? and if so, what motherboard should I get?
