Just ran it and I don't know how but it is still there? Unistalled 2007 with it and it still shows in the registry, installer folder, shortcuts but not functional. I run the 2010 install and it still asks me to upgrade. I run it and it finishes with same error I posted #1 Thanks though

Well IE was doing this before I re-installed windows and that is the reason for the fresh install. Yes it's genuine and no scratches and the install installed perfectly. Everything else works fine just IE shuts down.
