haha ye im an idiot. I didnt install my motherboard or video card drivers yet. But when i put it in my motherboard disk prior to starting my computer nothing happened when i got the home screen. Which drivers should i install first?

ok ill fix it when i get a chance but im having a bigger problem. I just turned on my comp for the first time without plugging it into the monitor. Immediatly it purred and the fans lit up but a few seconds after it turned off and then turned back on again. Wat could be the problem?

alright i installed it without problems but after i finally connected everything i realized something. The fan is the opposite direction i c other people zalmans. Will it be a problem or does it just look funny.

well u might as well get a case without a power supply if ur buying an additional one as well. Get a hard drive with 16 cache i have the 250gb seagate with 16 cache and its only 10 more bucks. Otherwise it looks like a nice build.

damn thats some nice cable management. Did that opening come with the antec 900 or did u drill it? I have an nzxt apollo and its my first build and right now the wires r all over the place. There just sticking out of the bays. I need somewhere else to hide them if u kno a good spot to put them.

I just put my ram into my mobo and i have 2 2gb sticks. To get them in dual channel do i put the sticks in opposite color slots or the same?

yea those tech guys have no idea what they r talkin about. In April they r dropping the price of the old intel quadcore(q6600) and hopefully releasing their new 45nm ones. Just to put that into perspective the q6600 is not only faster than a phenom, but will also be cheaper.
