I really don't need or require one. aside from my 4870 I have a cheapie old one that came with a part I bought a few years ago. still PCI-E but doesn't require a cooler or extra power. So really, it's not nessisary.

Well right now I just have a 4870, eventually will go with something less power hungry in the future when the prices come down a wee bit. But someone needs to explain the power phase thing to me. I've never known of it before, and seems to be mentioned here a lot.
