    What bios are you using? The P67A-UD4-B3 has a new bios (F3) that should set your base clock to 100.30but you can adjust the base clock in the bios.

    The Gigabyte P67-UD4-B3 is high quality for $200. The bios would need to be updated to the latest (f3) and f4 should be released soon. 1155 is still a fairly new platform and the bios will continue to be improved.

    Tommorow I will more than likely reinstall this chip and retest since my MB has a better bios and I have gained more experience with this platform. I may do several runs... 5ghz with p95 run only if temps allow 4.8ghz 1 hour P95 will try for voltage...

    If the PLL has been that high then just reset the bios and see what temps are with factory settings. If it is still not good then the cpu has been burned up.

    cpu pll at 1.9+ is out of safe zone..... yeah I imagine it would help your temps as well... it normally should default to 1.8 but almost always 1.7 is better

    Generally alot of the voltages can be reduced if your running a single Gpu then PCH should be fine with 1v, cpu pll can be reduced to 1.7, qpi/vtt depending on the power phase of the board can be fine at 1.02. Not sure if your relying on auto voltages but they are not refined and will produce...
