Iv launched task manager and when i look at the performance, i can see the spikes going up and down. On average the cpu usage is around 30% - 40%. And when I look at the processes, only the System Idle process is ~90%. Everything else is under 5%. Thanks.

this doesnt really answer your question exactly, but if you just want to record tv on your pc, you could get an external tv tuner. i got one for $25 and its works great. it connects through usb to my pc, and through rca connection to my tv. just a thought.

AnitMalware bytes works pretty well. it should remove it. iv had similar problems twice and it has taken care of it. also, use avast instead or norton. plus, avast is free.

i use logmein.com. it works great, and is the best thing, its free.

im not sure, but i think maybe your internet settings are messed up. so you having this problem only when going to secure sites, that means that you cant send secure information. check your settings or something.

from what i understand, yes it is a voip service. but im not sure if they have launched it yet. i think what you can do is reserve a number and they will contact you when its available?? i guess.
