    With most components, I like to stick to main stream brands with good product history and guarantees behind them. Brands like Enermax, Rosewill, Corsair, Thermaltake, Etc. Its best to avoid non-brand name computer produces. Especially when they spell 'Hyper' wrong.

    To answer your question, Aim 5.9 Works with vista, But has a few small problems. I haven't tried Ventrillo yet.
