I've heard good things about the Lian-Li PC-K62 and HAF cases, and you could get Windows 7 RC for free and cut that out of your budget. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Ehh, I don't care much about shipping cost, so I'll actually stick with the Antec Three Hundred case. I'm not too sure about that Cooler Master, I'd rather take the time to build a sturdy case with screws than have a flimsy plastic part break off and not be able to have it fixed. Screws > tool less.
