i am sorry i have no idea, bit thick when it comes to computers

:( Hi, can any one help , my comp keeps telling me there is no virtual memory, it happens at least once a day, it sorts it out but it keeps slowing every thing down when i use it, how can i cure it , or get extra memory.

not sure but i had a new tower at xmas

:o hi, my comp is running very slow, i have taken of all unwanted files and programs, i have used cleaning program, i have defregmented and cleaned the disc up, but it still runs slow, please help me, ( i am not very good with my comp so please explain in easy to understand terms) thanks:confused:
