sorry - but the image is so small - cannot read it. Found a possible answer though - use the CTRL button with the Plus Key (+) to increase the font - and this worked. Another suggestion was to hold the CTRL button and rotate the wheel on the mouse forward to increase the font size.

When I've logged in to my Yahoo account, to the inbox - where is "options"? So far - haven't seen this. Across the top there's: home mail news sports finance celebrity style etc.

How do I change the line that contains the name of the sender? Currently my name is included with another person's name so that both names appear. But the other person no longer uses the email, so it's only me. Thanks if anyone can help with this.

How do I change my signature in emails that are sent from Outlook? I can do this when using Yahoo, but with Outlook don't know how?

I can make a document, and add (copy) pictures that are found on the internet - in order to make a poster. Are there some easy to use templates or instructions for making posters? (free ones). I have been searching on the internet, but wondered if anyone here has some useful ideas? Thanks

In order to 'start windows normally' - is it just a matter of pressing the usual button? (am not near the computer right now). I was wondering if it would just repeat the installation of the 12 updates (because this was disrupted when we unplugged the computer)?
