Well my main concern is what is slowing down my fps when I look at clouds for example. Or when I am driving really fast everything lags. Or when I turn shadows up on my games. Is it my GPU or my CPU? Also which CPU would you prefer getting?

Well I do play FSX a lot, but I have Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit (the latest one), GTA4, BFBC2 (looking at also getting BFBC3 whenever it comes out).
