Weird problem that just started happening. When I try to print a Word or Excel document, the printer will only print the header or nothing at all. This happens on both computers. However when printing a Powerpoint slide or a page from my email (Outlook), everything prints. Any ideas? Windows...

Ran Ccleaner and it didn't appear to help. I still see a delay, whether I use the touchpad or a mouse. Also the delay occurs not only in Chrome but also in Outlook. Any ideas on other utilities that I can run?

Darren, your description is right on for what's happening to me, but it hasn't been that way for long. I've had this laptop for a little over a year and it has been fine. That's why I'm wondering if I accidentally downloaded something that I shouldn't have.

Keyboard is on the laptop and the mouse is wireless. This just started happening a few months ago (can't remember of any changes), but up until then it was working fine.
