those "strange files" are windows service pack files....I woudlnt recommend deleting them

Yea, just done go deleting all the files i said, I am almost 60 percent sure taht some of those you shouldnt delete like i said wait for a more advanced person to come along

Yes I would have to agree I googled it and it didnt come up with anything. Try scanning his computer in safe mode(hit F8 on startup) and see what it brings up

Maby restart in safe mode and see if it works if not then try these online scans while not in safe mode and if none of that works i would recommend posting a hijack this log(see sticky)

O also run some scans in safe mode and then try deleting the poker thing in safe mode (safe mode boot up and hit F8)
