Okay so I have that dvd drive in my computers. For some reason it doesn't read anything off ANY disc I put into it. It opens and closes and comes up in device manager. It says it works in device manager but I can even get a CD to read. I updated the driver for it so I am lost on what else to do...

So I just ordered two gigs of RAM of off newegg, which means I will have three all together now. I am also going to install Windows 7 64-bit. First off will Windows 7 64-bit be fine with three gigs? And will I notice a difference from going from 1 gig to three gigs?
