If you don't know the brand/model of the power supply, then you don't know if you need a new one. PS is more important than SSD. SSD is an easy upgrade. Blown power supply not that easy.

What's the brand/model/and age, of this used power supply.

On a budget, with a good case, modular isn't all that important. XFX is better built and more amps than CX, might come in handy later. Get a board with better power delivery that the 4+. @ OC site that UP4 is not much over 100. The one I listed would be good too.
