that wouldn't work. This is what causes the problem. Because 4^100,000 is only a quarter of 4^100,001 adding them up would give you 3x4^3mil. Just adding smaller divisions doesnt work.

just sit there writing numbers on a piece of paper and upon being asked what you are doing inform her that you are working on pointing out the error she made so many lessons ago. That will go down well.

Oh, i see. sorry about the misunderstanding, i'll just keep looking. I doubt i will find somewhere but it's always worth a shot.

I'm not really that serious. Yes, yes it is. 4 possible combinations per base so therefore 4^3,079,843,747 = number of possible combinations. I think the logic is right. (my biology teacher said that our DNA makes us unique so...) I added a few things to the program and have found that it does...

    powerful calculator

that was the point. I know my computer won't handle it. it treats it as an overflow so it just can't deal with that large a number. I was just wondering if there was a web based calculator that could do so.

    powerful calculator

Ok, basically i need an answer to 4^3,079,843,747. (an accurate one) any calculator I've tried tells me it is infinity (which is obviously wrong) or gives me an answer in standard form which is not accurate due to it rounding off. (except from the novel answer from the one i programmed in vb...

Wow Chrome Sure Spead Up My Web Surfing Switched from Firefox Have Windows 7 O/S

Chrome IS faster. not due to user input at all. it's due to the way in which it works and the reduction of processes, similar to the way in which a lighter car will go faster than a heavier car with the same engine. I used to use firefox most commonly now i use chrome but i have firefox, opera...

    Parental control for Google chrome

If you are looking for online parental controls then a lot of anti-virus programs have them built in. It may be worth checking if you are using one such program (assuming you are using anti-virus at all). I know kaspersky normally has one built in, not sure about others though.

Help me think of a name for my program?

SocialTank sounds good to me. It certainly seems to meet your criterion of low search results. Have you tried this on other search engines? Google is certainly the most popular but some people still use BING (shudder) et cetera. Bing comes up with 18,600,000 results for SocialTank.

Help me think of a name for my program?

Flutter sounds good. The only problem is that it sounds a lot like twitter and may be assumes to be an imitation of twitter by some. I don't think you'll get to below 500 results with any simple catchy name. It would be much better to come up with a catchy name that doesn't have massive...

Creating strong passwords and keeping them secret.

I know, that's why i put the in theory. I hardly ever use it, only if i'm entering something important. As for the whole internet thing, i use NoScript so i'm good there and hopefully my Anti-Virus software would pick up on a keylogger on my computer.

Creating strong passwords and keeping them secret.

I tend to just make a random set of letters, numbers and punctuation that is as long as i can remember, i try to use special characters but i don't like having my passwords saved on a computer. My Anti-virus program also has a virtual keyboard that, in theory, should allow me to stop keyloggers...

    Computer Tips Of The Day

i believe this is an extract from one of our facebook conversations. Anything with a messagebox loop is going to be funny. Or just write a script that opens IE and every 20 seconds sends you to bing. Change the icon and if they are using IE, switch their desktop icon and your script around.
