Hi, Im trying to swap out my cd burner for a dvd burner. I supposed to give my old cd burner to someone. The cd burner is at the top slot and I cant seem to unscrew it. It seems to be situated in a steel like cage with four screws that look like Id need a socket wrench for. but theres no room...

how do I do that exactly?

I used to be able to go to properties, settings, advanced & click to use tv instead of my monitor, using a s video cable, but now that option is gone. I read adobe reader might cause a problem with this. Anyone know what could be wrong?

Hi, my cd burner crashed so I bought a "lite on"dvd/cd burner, installed it but when I try to burn a cd with nero it says drive is in use by another application.
