Now that we know they are video files, how do I get rid of them. Tried everything to delete, no success.

Do nt know how I did this, I downloaded the files to my Sandisk MP3 player. I think they are video files. Computer says they are 2280 kb properties says they are 4.45 mb. I have tried everything to remove to no avail. Any ideas ?

Thank you, the thought crossed my mind but being lazy was doing the easy things first. Got an old machine in the garage so will swap cables and plugs. Another thought was the last win 10 update however not sure when it happened.

Can anyone recommend a safe program to update drivers ? I lost my two front usb ports and so far have reset bios and want to try drivers.

I have information on it, that will only show if I go to disk mgt and click on open. this is a 3.0 flash drive.

I came across what is called driver identifier, I notice it has the driver that I am using. There lots of drivers with the same properties. The only difference is the size mfg, OS If I could ID the size of my driver do you think it would be worth a try. Not sure how the software works but maybe...

Ran the memory test, no problems. I think that I will wait for one more BSD before replacing the RAM and doing a re install. That will give me time to learn how to re install. Thanks much for the help. Dave

Well, thanks for trying to help. Tried that solution before. I tried again, same no results for this product. Guess I bought a piece of junk. No more Intel for me. Next time I get the BSD I'll drop kick this junker and forget the whole thing. I appreciate you attempt to help. Dave

thanks for the reply, the reason for the question is I have bad graphics driver, at least the computer thinks so and sometimes looses video then it pops back. I tried to update the driver from Intel but no driver available. Then went to Lenovo and had the same result.

Can anyone recommend a good free driver update program.

everything is stock. happens once in about every 50 hours. had win 8.1, now have win 10, problem occurred in both.

Price was good, $35 per mo and unlimited usage. However they go silent Nov 1, 2015. I think I will have to go to Xfinity 12 gb. Thanks for all the advice, a new adventure.

Been using Clearwire at about 2 to 3 mbps and only a few problems but maybe Xfinity is different. Hate to use any Comcast as their services are reported as terrible but can not afford too much, fixed income.
