£600 gaming pc

i need a new gaming computer that costs around £600
so far i have been recommended:

MSI 770-G45 770
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz
Seagate 320GB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 16MB Cache - OEM
Sony AD-5240S 24x DVD±RW & DL SATA - OEM Black

Casecom 6788 Black Mid Tower Case
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM


im still deciding on a graphics card as i was recommended a ATI 5770 1GB but it doesnt seem to be for sale anymore.
can anyone recommend a simular card, and and improvements i should make?

im buying from ebuyer.com, it doesnt show up when i search on it but i found it on ebuyer by searching on google and it said its likely to be discontinued or no longer for sale.

I can personally vouch for the processor - its a beast and you'll not have any trouble with any games. Same goes for the ram, im running ddr3 corsair aswell - fast as you like.

Build looks good,Go for a 5830 instead of the 5770 if you can stretch a bit more

Btw theres loads of 5770s on Ebuyer,In the search bar type in HD5770 and you get about 9 or 10 options....go for a 1gb model.

also id probably change the drive to this...

I agree to change the hard drive, however novatech are not competative for prices:

I would also change the motherboard to an 8xx chipset so you can take advantage of USB 3 and Sata 6

Aastii that drive i posted has 64mb of cache and SATA 6 Gb

Id prefer to pay the little extra for the double amount of cache and SATA 6 Gb/s wouldnt you?
