My list is similar with GCR, but microdirect is cheaper.

Intel C2D E6320 £99 or E6600 £150
Gigabyte MB GA-P35C-DS3R £90
Geil Ultra DDR2 2.0GB PC6400 Dual Channel memory kit (2 x 1GB) 800MHz (4-4-4-12) +Aluminium heat spreader £60
BFG GeForce 8800GTS OC 320MB Graphics Card £194
NEC Optiarc AD-7170S-0B £21
250GB Seagate Barracuda SATA II 300 7200rpm 16MB £46
OCZ 600GXS Sli -UK nVidia Sli Ready 600W Power £62
Choose your favour case. Allow £30 ??
And don't forget your OS. £68 and some thermal compound £4

If your £700 need include OS, then choose E6320. And I personally will choose E6320 instead E6600 as I see E6320 is good overclocking and value for money.
Also as we all know there will be price drop and new release of C2D E6X50 series CPU for intel on 22/07, it will be your own decision if you want to wait
