12V rail question

my PSU is rated at 34A-38A on the 12V rail.. now when i check my PSU 12V in everest it says 12V @ 11.73 is this right??

that the voltage not the amps. since it a 12V line you want that as close to 12 as possiable. 11.73 is within the safe range.

Well it does say "V" which is the units for voltage

That cant be right... Your power supply has regulation of 1%... check in the BIOS or with a multi meter.

well in bios it says 11.91

1. Dont trust BIOS
2. The PSU has it also has adjustable rails too
