I recently purchased 2X 512 pc3200 sticks from Cosair they are value select. I heard a lot of good revues about this memory but didn't find out if it was dual.
usually they will say dual channel kit if you buy them in 2 stick 1gb. i think as long as ur MB 's supports dual channel usally two of the slots are of same color somtimes just stick them in.

When a memory set sells as "dual" that means the modules have been tested to work together on a specific motherboard (commonly the P4C800) ... not really important but it helps to know that the modules work well together and considering its not that much expensive than buying two independent sticks probably worth it
Dual channel itself is a feature of the mobo, not the RAM
