64 bit color

How can I set my computer to use 64bit color instead of 32bit? I have a 64bit CPU, and a GPU that should support it. I can only go up to 32bit, my friend has an option for 64bit.

I have Windows XP Pro 64bit build 3790, and I have 64 bit chipset and video drivers.

well if it already isn't set to 64-bit, right click on the desktop>properties>settings>then change where it says color quality to 64-bit.

The fact that your CPU is 64bit has nothing to do with your display settings. The display settings are based on your video card.

You must be looking at something else, but Windows XP only shows 16Bit and 32Bit color, there is no such thing as 64Bit for current desktops.
It was in right click, propertys, settings. I saw it while changing the resalutions up higher.

Again, the color depth has nothing to do with the fact that your CPU is a 64Bit CPU.
