I currently have the CPU in my sig. When I get my Phenom 9550 x4, will I be able to use the stock cooler I currently have on that? Will it run alot hotter than my dual core? In the images that I've seen, it looks the same as the one on my dual core. I will not be overclocking this at all. I want to use my old athlon 2 heatsink. Will it work?

Yes, as long as the motherboard is the same, it will work. If it is too hot, then you can always get a new cooler. Be sure to properly clean off the thermal paste and apply new paste when you replace the CPU.
