Anyone here who think game with deeply serious intellectual military games is better than fancy 3D graphic?

I played military games by SSI a lot under DOS. Now I am a faithful customer of MatrixGames releases.
 
I do think gameplay matters more than grafics. but I dont want a game to be something like job or so.. so it should be relatively easy to play. (except maybe flight sims, I like those to be realistic, like Falcon 4.0 AF and IL2 1942 to name 2 recent ones)
 
Inside the computer game development industry, the term grognard is used to name fans who will buy every game released in a certain genre of game (RTS, RPG, etc.). These dedicated game players are often viewed as a blessing and a curse, as they will ensure a certain minimum level in sales, but they will also be the most critical of any mistakes or bugs in the game.
