hangs during shutdown?

i have xp home and it does hang sometimes. not all the time however.

yeah home edition. seems it will eventually shutdown after like maybe 5 minutes max.

yea i do. after i installed zonealarm.

prior to that, it was shutting down quickly with antiviruses like bitdefender and panda.

i think in my case, its because of zonealarm. however, it gives me a quick startup time though. so im not worried. once i shut down my laptop, i just close it and leave, it'll shut down eventually.
