Does the Artic Cooling NV Silencer Rev.3 fit on the 6800gts when theyre in SLI (is there enough room between them)?

no the fan gets in the way. the Arctic Cooling Accelero X1 will fit in sli and is just as good.

If you've got a board with more then one expansion slot spacing between the two PCIe slots (ASUS A8N-SLI Premium, A8N32-SLI Deluxe, DFI nF4 SLI-DR eXpert, etc) then it will work. Otherwise they cards wont fit like mr. suave said.
