Asetek coolers

Does anyone have any experience with these coolers? A guy on the local classifieds has the lclc 240mm for $25, if it's better then air the I will go for it.

they look to be related, maybe even an outsourced version of the Antec sealed systems. I can't comment on the build quality, but it looks quite sturdy.
