Ashampoo Winoptimizer

Does anyone know anything about this program? I have a few friends that swear by the free version, but they're not very computer literate. The main attraction was a built-in defrag and registry tool.

...or should I just go pick up Ccleaner and be done with it?

I've used it, but after a certain time they make you get a code for it, not sure about that.
Seems to be a great tweaker program though, if it wasn't for the code.

I've mainly been using it for the same thing CCleaner does, with a few additions (defrag, file wiper, file recovery, partition manager). Got a full unrestricted copy from a coworker, so I'll post what I find.

I like it, I just can't afford (or I'm too lazy ) to get it unrestricted.
