Is there a way I can autofix all the images in a folder?

yes, through the "actions" feauture in photoshop.The Astroman said:

what are u specifically trying to auto fix? like rotation? noise? etc... if so, not all images are the same and unless its something simple like rotating and resizing, the outcome might not be what u expect.
