Batman causing problems?

Anyone else having trouble playing it? I struggle to get above 25fps everywhere in the game, and it's starting to drive me insane. Got the latest patch, drivers ect.

I heard there was a dx11 patch that helps, not sure if it was applied automatically or not but from what i can tell this patch doesn't exist on the internet lol been searching for an hour.

yeah, i saw on anandtech a while back that no matter what card they through at it, as long as it was on dx11 the performance sucked, but on 10 i think they were maxing it out with the 580
